Mr. Carlson counsels clients on labor and employment law matters and aggressively represents clients in litigation of employment law and business-related cases before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies.
Mr. Carlson grew up surrounded by agriculture and worked on his family’s farms and packing shed. He studied agricultural policy at Cal Poly and worked in several ag-related jobs. During law school, Mr. Carlson worked for a grower-representation organization where he educated farmers on regulatory issues affecting agriculture and advocated on behalf of the industry at the local, state, and federal level on a variety of issues.
