Sandra Lepson


Ms. Lepson has over 25 years of experience counseling clients regarding labor and employment law matters with a focus on assisting employers with compliance issues including policies, procedures, employee handbooks and arbitration agreements.  She also aggressively represents clients in litigation of employment law and business-related cases before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies.  Ms. Lepson has extensive experience as a presenter on employment law and workplace  harassment prevention for California employers and conducts training for industry groups, as well as in house training for employers.  She also conducts workplace investigations for employers.
