    California employers with 5 or more employees must have ALL management and supervisors complete sexual harassment prevention training by January 1, 2020.

    New California law also requires employers with 5 or more employees to provide training to non-supervisors (1 hour) by January 1, 2020. ANY COMPANY THAT SENDS 5 OR MORE SUPERVISORS/MANAGERS TO THE FEBRUARY 20 LIVE TRAINING SESSION WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FOR A FREE ACCESS LINE TO A ONE HOUR WEBINAR TRAINING FOR NON-MANAGERS IN 2019 PROVIDED BY SUTTON HAGUE LAW CORPORATION (HAVE AS MANY IN THE ROOM AS YOU WANT).
