  Every year Brett Sutton is a  featured speaker for industry groups and professional organizations including human resource associations on a variety of topics related to labor and employment law. Additionally, our firm regularly provides in-house training to management on topics such as anti-harassment, union avoidance, leave issues, management leadership training and wage and hour compliance. Over the years,  our attorneys collectively have literally trained thousands of managers throughout  California and Nevada.

  The firm also conducts monthly webinars on labor and employment law issues for Nevada and California. Participants may submit questions during the program. The monthly webinars have featured guest speakers such as representatives from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Labor Commissioners of California and Nevada.
